Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours to your selected location, or based on your chosen delivery date and time selected at checkout.
While we strive to deliver on time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Area
We deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party courier services and/or last-mile delivery partners.
In rare cases where your address is outside the coverage area, your order may be canceled and fully refunded.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to all local (UAE) orders.
Final delivery charges will be shown at checkout based on your location, country, and order value.
To avoid delays, please ensure your address and contact information are accurate and complete.
Missed Delivery
If the delivery agent is unable to reach you (no response at the door or via phone), your package may be left at your door at your own risk.
