Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
Please note:
All Pokémon Trading Card Game products are non-returnable due to the nature of the items and the high risk of fraud.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should only be sent after receiving instructions and a return shipping label from us.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Cancellation Policy – Pookipak
We understand that you may change your mind. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at pookipak.uae@gmail.com.
If your order has already been processed or prepared for shipment, a AED 20 cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of package interception by our shipping partner.
After Shipment Cancellation
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is still possible. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charges.
Some items may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on their condition and type.
